舊金山日落區「台式夜市」超多攤位有吃有玩？湧入萬人慕名朝聖

在洛杉磯的朋友們對舉辦各種亞洲夜市活動早就習以為常，但這麼多年來北加州卻遲遲沒有舉辦相似的活動，而就在上週（15日）舊金山市的日落（Sunset）區首次封街舉辦「日落夜市」，選擇多樣的美食餐車、娛樂項目以及樂團表演吸引了大量民眾朝聖。

San Francisco, there’s a NEW night market in the city!! I checked out the Sunset Night Market tonight in-between 20th and 23rd on Irving Street from 5pm-10pm. I loved seeing this usually kinda sleepy area full of life on a Friday night. There was over 80 vendors from food, local artisans, games, local orgs and music, dance shows and live cooking demos! TBH I think way more people came than they were expecting so it was kinda crowded and it lacked seating to eat, but I’m sure the event will be tweaked and expanded upon. This was the first one, afterall! TBD on when the next night market is coming but keep an eye out for it. 進駐約莫 80 個餐車，日落夜市佔地使用 Irving 街跟 21-23 街圈住的長方形場地，根據舊金山參議員殷嘉立（Joel Engardio），當晚的活動湧進約 1 萬名民眾共襄盛舉，可以說是相當成功，並考慮之後可以成為常態活動。

夜市靈感就是「台北饒河」

根據舊金山記事報報導，殷嘉立從上任開始就積極推動日落區的活動，其中夜市的靈感來源是從他與丈夫拜訪台灣時，被台北活潑的夜市文化所吸引，並希望藉由這個夜市活動改善日落區的經濟及治安。

位於舊金山西邊的日落區，雖然離中國城有點距離，卻有著不小的亞裔美籍族群，由於大舊金山地區治安以及新冠疫情的影響，讓這區多數的民眾表示對社區感到不安全，主辦方希望透過夜市活動，不僅可以吸引人潮造訪日落區，創造經濟效益，也同時希望藉由這種正面的活動，改善市內的治安問題、降低犯罪率。

根據官方蒐集統計，多數的餐車在活動結束之前就全部賣光，而且不只是餐車賣得很好，附近的一些地方餐廳當天都大爆滿、呈現難求一位的狀況。

殷嘉立說，希望民眾可以給我們一些好的反饋，讓我們對以後若是要繼續舉辦這個活動可以更有信心，並期望可以把規模擴大並且做的更完善。
